CZ Screen Logger is a complete web based solution with browser based management and administration. Administrator needs to install an application on every desktop screen that has to be recorded and can then monitor from anywhere on the network.
Standard APIs are available to push the screen recordings to any existing third party application as per the customer's requirement.
If the administrator prefers, they can monitor agent screens discreetly as well. However, if they want to warn the agents of the monitoring they can enable a monitoring warning message as well.
The CZ Screen Logger is a great training tool, as the administrator can monitor interactions and then train the agents on how to handle sticky situations.
